Happy Endings

On this page are some of our Happy Endings, Smooths that have found new homes and are living it up with people that love and appreciate their specialness.

This is BYRON. His mom died and he and two other Smooths were left homeless. They had been kennel dogs for several years and needed special homes that could bring out that wonderful terrier temperament.

BYRON now has it in spades, living on several beautiful acres with his new mom and dad. Able to run and play and be a house dog. All the things that BYRON had dreamed of before.

ATTIE was a retired champion show dog. Unfortunately, her first retirement home didn't work out and Attie got passed around. Finally ending up in Rescue, ATTIE is now loved and spoiled and living with another rescue Smooth, LARRY. They are both living it up in the city and vacationing in the desert with their devoted owners.

SOLO..is another retired show dog. His loving mom, passed away and the family didn't want him. He sat in a kennel, depressed and waiting for the good times to be back. SOLO ended up in Rescue and is now with his new parents. They have had several Smooths over the years and understand that they are just the "staff" for their Smooths. You can see what a tough life SOLO has now. :-}

OTIS..another retired show dog. OTIS was in a nice retirement home, when he was stolen out of his back yard. When the person that stole him was arrested, OTIS ended up in a shelter far from his home. Rescue found him there and through his microchip, his breeder and then his owner was contacted. OTIS and his dad were reunited, and both were thrilled to see each other.

EVAN...just found his new, forever home with John. John has had a Smooth before and loves the breed so Evan will be with someone that understands him. We are so happy for both of them.

BRADY...Has a new home. We are thrilled that he will have a wonderful 2010.
